The Muthoot Skychef Flight Kitchen, strategically located just four kilometers away from the existing airport and 1.5 kilometers from the proposed airport in Trivandrum, Kerala, is designed and constructed with an in-depth understanding of the sophisticated process of modern airline catering. Covering an area of over 32,000 sq.ft., the flight kitchen is spread across three floors and is equipped with security control systems, production areas, operational areas, presentation rooms, airline office spaces, a microbiology lab and a host of built-in services.

The produce and ingredients in our food is of the finest quality and where possible organic. Using our knowledge and experience working around the world we have developed a style of food that would not be out of place no matter where you come from. We also recommend menus based on climatic conditions, time of flight and so on.
