Designed according to international specifications, with attention to the smallest details, The Muthoot Skychef Facility conforms to AEA and HACCP standards. With a capacity to cater 3600 meals a day, the flight kitchen is also equipped with separate storage areas. Besides, routine and random hygiene checks ensure consistent quality standards at all times.
At the center of all flight production operations at The Muthoot Skychef is a computerized planning system, which assists the management in ordering, stock control, production control and flight operations. The state-of-the-art Microbiology Lab monitors temperature and hygiene standards at every point from goods reception through storage areas, production kitchens, tray assembly lines, trolley and container assembly of specific flight requirements, to the final loading on to the aircraft.
